To ensure that you have the most enjoyable and relaxing spa experience at Bliss YogaSpa, we’ve prepared some helpful tips below.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in with our front-end staff. Note that your arrival time will dictate the length of your service. You will be escorted to the change room and provided with a locker and the necessary apparel for your service. Once you have changed, you have the choice of waiting for your treatment provider in our spa lounge or caldarium. Here, you can enjoy a refreshment while you fill out any necessary client information forms or play on our iPads.
For massages and spray tanning, we ask that you undress completely or just leave your underwear on if that feels more comfortable. For facial treatments, you will receive a wrap in the room and a robe and we ask that ladies take their bra off or pull the bra straps down during this service. Your therapist will keep your body draped during facial and massage treatments and will only expose the area they will be working on. For pedicures, we ask that you wear pants that are loose enough to roll up above your knees; we will provide sandals for you, but you will still need to allow one to two hours to let your polish dry completely. We ask that you remove all jewelry beforehand and keep it in a safe place.
As a courtesy to other spa patrons and technicians, please provide at least twenty-four hours notice for cancellations. Gratuities of 15 to 20% are not expected but are greatly appreciated. We also ask that you put your cell phones on silent. We highly recommend making an appointment a week or two in advance to make sure you receive the date and time you desire. However, we do encourage you to call us when you are feeling spontaneous - we'll do our best to accommodate you!
We ask that you give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and specific trouble areas. Although our policy is to keep silence during many of our treatments, feel free to talk during your service or just relax and keep to yourself.
